PAT SCRIVENS
Co -Founder /Managing Partner
Pat has more than 25 years of executive, financial and operational management experience gained in various organizations in the pharmaceutical, hi-tech, and high-volume manufacturing and merchandising industries. He has had several years of public accounting experience at the CIA and KPMG Peat Marwick.

Prior to Sustainable Performance Group, Pat was an officer, director and owner of two technology companies that developed and marketed integrated B2B commerce and publishing solutions to affinity groups and pharmaceutical companies while working with organizations including Bergen Brunswig Corporation, Cardinal Health, CSSC (General Dynamics) and most major pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers.

Pat was also the CFO of Fuisz Technologies Ltd., a publicly traded multinational technology and manufacturing pharmaceutical company based in Virginia. While at Fuisz, Pat was responsible for raising more than $250 million in private and public equity and debt financings. He also structured, through mergers and acquisitions, an internationally based organization that manufactured, licensed and marketed products in the U.S., Ireland, France, Germany and Italy. His other business priorities included financings, strategic acquisitions, budgeting, cash management, tax planning, patenting, licensing, trade marking, transfer pricing, IT, SEC and other regulatory reporting, human resources and investor relations.
Pat is a graduate of the University of Maryland and is a CPA.

Bob is a Co-Founder of Sustainable Performance Group and current CEO of Link Labs LLC. Prior to Link Labs, Bob was the Co-Founder of Blu Venture Investors and CEO, Board Director and Investor of FlexEl, LLC. He is the Co-Founder, Board Chairman, and Investor of Wiser Together, Inc. and Phase 5 Group, Inc. Bob served as Global Head of Marketing reporting to Chairman and CEO of Corporate Executive Board.

Prior to CEB, Bob was Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for Saba Software (Nasdaq: SABA), a market leading provider of learning management system software. As a member of the executive team, Bob helped grow Saba from $10 million to $100 million in revenues, and managed Saba’s successful IPO. Prior to Saba, Bob spent over five years with McKinsey and Company, working on strategy, organization, and operational engagements in banking, pharmaceuticals, gaming, professional services, and oil and gas.
Bob holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Cornell University, where he was a two-time recipient of the prestigious John McMullin scholarship. He earned a master’s degree under scholarship from Hughes Aircraft Company and holds a M. Engineering and B.S. in Applied and Engineering Physics, all from Cornell University.
Don has over 40 years of experience in operational excellence and supply chain management. He was, prior to his retirement in 2014, the Vice President – Global Operations, Corporate Supply Chains and Center of Competency for DuPont.

Prior to joining DuPont, Don worked with W.E.B. Consulting as a consulting engineer. Since then, he has held a wide range of operational roles in DuPont, focused on developing and implementing a culture of continuous improvement. Specifically, he transitioned DuPont’s CI system to the implementation of the DuPont Production System and was on the leadership team to implement Six Sigma throughout the company, transitioning it to embrace Lean methodologies within continuous improvement. He was named to his last position in October 2009.

Don received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of New South Wales in 1974.
ROSANNE DANNER
Rosanne brings over 34 years of change management, turnaround, business acumen safety consulting and strategy development to her current consulting business. She retired from the DuPont Company in 2015 with 34 years of service in a variety of roles from plant operations, finance, marketing, business development and business management. She has successfully run several $50-$100MM global businesses and finished her career as Global Director of Philanthropy and Education.
She currently has her own consulting business, travel planning service and is founder and president of non-profit organization dedicated to helping middle/high school students develop 21st century skills. She also founded a girls STEM program called It’s A Girls World Inc. in 2017. She has a BE in Chem Engineering and an MBA as well as a certified six sigma process champion.
TED BROWN
Ted has almost 50 years professional experience in manufacturing, R&D, engineering management and consulting.

Prior to retiring from DuPont Company as the Global Lean Competency Champion and Manager - Lean Technology & Operations Modeling Ted led the center of lean competency and it's network of Lean Six Sigma Black Belts in the application of lean concepts and tools to supply chains, manufacturing units, innovation processes, capital project process and sales & marketing processes.
Ted integrated lean six sigma into the DuPont Production System (DPS), which was deployed at every major manufacturing site and achieving ~$1 billion/yr. in improved productivity.

Teds passion is the application of an integrated set of improvement tools to delight customers, improve business performance, and enhance the work lives of people.

Ted has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati. He is a Certified Supply Chain Professional.
MELISSA HEINZE
MELISSA HEINZE is an experienced business leader, and coach with 38 years of professional experience in a global Fortune 100 company. Her experience includes leading teams and organizations, senior leadership coaching, global leadership program design, and the creation of change-management strategies, KPI’s, and metrics in a corporate environment. She has extensive experience with Change Management, having established and led the Change Management team and program within a global corporations.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Christian Brothers University. Her additional areas of leadership expertise include training as an Organizational Transformational Facilitator by McKinsey and Company, certification as Six Sigma Black Belt and Champion, and APICS qualification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional.

BILL ALZOS
Bill has worked as an engineer and engineering manager for 43 years, with extensive plant, new product development, marketing, and central engineering assignments across the process industries; mostly with DuPont.
His hands-on experience across hundreds of plants and new products has honed his strong multi-disciplinary engineering insights. He is skilled and experienced at drawing on fundamental engineering principles to conceive of and develop “outside the box” technology solutions to enable a plant to exceed capacity, quality or cost constraints. His strength is to couple technical prowess, troubleshooting skills, and creativity to develop and promote new technology approaches to breakthrough existing bottlenecks.
MIKE DANNER
Mike’s background expands both to supply chain and business development in the agricultural arena. His experience spans over 34 years of both global and regional supply chain management with a focus in the chemical industry. Recent engagements have focused on mergers and acquisitions and he was responsible for all supply chain related activities with the sales and acquisition of businesses within DuPont Crop Protection.
Mike was a principal partner in the North America Crop Protection Business Team representing DuPont product supply chains providing goods to US and Canadian based customers.

Prior to retirement Mike served as a Manager in Global Supply Chain for mergers and acquisitions, he was also a regional supply chain manager for North America.
​
Mike is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has a Bachelor of Engineering from Widener University of Chester, Pennsylvania.
TOM TAKACS
Tom is a 35+ year veteran in manufacturing operations with the DuPont Company.
He graduated from Purdue University in 1976 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Tom began his tenure at DuPont in 1977 after two years of co-op engineering experience with them during his Purdue education.
His experience ranges from process operations engineering support, major capital projects, and several operations management roles. He has spent 25 years in a variety of unit operations and plant manager assignments in the engineering plastics division and has been involved in activities throughout the supply chain, including product sales and marketing management.
KATY STONE
Katy is a tactical and strategically focused senior executive leading global operations, strategic purchasing, international trade safety / security, and cost savings initiatives within a Fortune 500 company.
She is a Certified Supply Chain Professional with demonstrated success directing multifunctional, diverse workforces producing and distributing complex products for customers worldwide.
​
Katy served as Chairman of Sentinel LLC, a limited liability corporation that provides ConocoPhillips and DuPont a private trucking fleet for bulk hazardous materials.
She led Global Logistics operations with 300 team members and $1.8B annual finished product distribution spend.
She developed strategic plans and provided leadership for Transportation, Warehousing, Contract Administration and Negotiations, Distribution Safety and Security, and International Trade Management shipping to 100+ countries worldwide.

Katy has her MBA from Drexel University, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University, New Orleans, LA
LARRY LUBINUS
Larry has over 30 years of experience in leadership, management development, coaching, mentoring, and process efficiency. Larry’s unique background enables him to lead teams into the future and to walk with business leaders as an Executive Coach and consultant.

Along with his leadership experience, Larry has had the opportunity to serve as lead on a number of process improvement initiatives within DuPont Pioneer, including the implementation of Six Sigma, Lean, and the DuPont Production System as well as managing one of the largest soybean conditioning facilities in the world.
These experiences have allowed him to understand the work that is required in cultural change as well as the mentoring and coaching to make a difference not only for the company, but the individuals involved.
DENNIS MCCORMICK
Dennis is an Asset Management professional with 35 years industry, consulting, and business management experience.
He has implemented world-class asset management processes for reliability, maintenance, and operations in the automotive, mining, metallurgical, petrochemical, power generation, utilities, waste incineration, food, aeronautical, athletic shoe, and computer manufacturing industries.

Dennis’ extensive customer base includes Nova Chemical, Ford, Caterpillar, BHP Billiton, Western Mining, US Air Force, Dell, Nike, Monsanto, ATOFINA, American Ref-Fuel, Delphi, Cargill, and Rohm and Haas
MAUREEN SOBOLEWSKI
Maureen is a manufacturing executive with extensive experience and proficiency in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, purchasing and project management. She has worked in various industries including consumer packaged goods, health and beauty, food and beverage, and automotive, and has had successful tenures with companies like JELD-WEN, Dyno Nobel, Heinz, AkzoNobel, CVS, Gelita, Vi-Jon, Gates, Carefree of Colorado, MillerCoors, Coors, and General Motors.

Maureen has held leadership positions with global, collaborative, matrixed and virtual teams to establish and achieve scorecard performance measures and has excellent change management (Prosci/ADKAR®) and complex problem-solving skills. She is also a lean manufacturing speaker, mentor, trainer and author.

Maureen holds a MS in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in industrial administration from Kettering University. She also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
DICK PETTIGREW
Dick is a former Director of Asset Management Services for Rohm and Haas Company – a six-billion-dollar manufacturer of specialty chemicals. Dick retired in 2003 after 30 years with the company. Since then, Dick has advised several companies focused on Asset Care, Maintenance and Reliability.
His work at WMC Resources produced business reliability improvements that were responsible for a higher-than-expected valuation of WMC during its acquisition by BHP in June 2005.
Dick is a B.Sc. Chem. Eng. graduate of Leeds University England and worked for DuPont and Morgan Crucible prior to joining Rohm and Haas in 1973. His career at Rohm and Haas included Process Engineering Management, Project Engineering Management, and Maintenance Management. As Director – Asset Management Services, he managed a group of internal consultants, providing manufacturing services to four businesses and more than 100 facilities world-wide in the areas of reliability improvement, process consistency, work force practices and technology deployment.
BILL ANGSTADT
Bill has over 35 years of worldwide industry leadership and consulting experience. His diverse expertise in project management, development and implementation of lean manufacturing and operational strategies, asset utilization, training, engineering, process control and project management has resulted in multimillion-dollar improvements.

Bill’s distinction as a hands-on leader capable of building cohesiveness in culturally diverse teams, coupled with his detail oriented technical skills, have cemented his reputation for delivering business results.

PETER DIANA
Peter Diana is an experienced Project Manager and a Senior Consultant. He is a results-oriented professional with extensive experience streamlining processes, simplifying product flow, and improving manufacturing operations across a wide range of industries, including oil and gas, electrical distribution, automotive, manufacturing, transportation and food distribution. Pete utilizes his LEAN and six sigma skills to manage organizational change and process improvement and work with employees in a variety of management positions. He is a decisive leader with strengths in strategic goal setting and developing and leading key program initiatives. He has a track record of proven success in problem solving and cost savings.
Peter has over 38 years of operational and consulting experience with specific expertise that includes: Oil & Gas Upstream and Downstream processing, Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), Process Safety Management, Operations Risk Management (ORM) and Contractor Safety Management within the Service Industry, Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation, Government Projects and Electrical Distribution.
Prior to joining Sustainable Performance Group, Pete held senior leadership roles at E.I. DuPont and Company where he specialized in Engineering and Maintenance Improvement, Process Safety, Management of Change (MOC) and Organizational Transformation in the areas of EH&S and ORM. While at DuPont, Pete led multidisciplined teams of operational and maintaining experts in improving organizational performance across a wide range of global clients and industry sectors.
